Stential is a New Jersey hardcore band channeling the raw spirit of ’90s screamo, early-2000s metalcore, and everything in between. Their sound is a complex blend of beautiful melodies, ear-piercing vocals, and crushing breakdowns—an emotional whirlwind of chaotic hardcore that feels equally indebted to the heartfelt sincerity and intensity of the underground VFW circuit. Drawing comparisons to the soaring beauty of Saetia and the unhinged chaos of Orchid, the crushing breakdowns of Poison the Well and Disembodied; Stential delivers songs packed with passion, vulnerability, and explosive energy.
