We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including condition notes for used or limited-edition items. All sales of limited-edition, numbered, or one-of-a-kind releases are final once stock is depleted. Product images are representative and may vary slightly from the physical item.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice. Your order total, including applicable taxes and shipping, will be confirmed before payment is processed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship domestically within the United States and internationally to select countries. Processing times and shipping rates are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer any rights to reproduce, distribute, or publicly perform the associated music or artwork. All rights remain with the respective artists and Rocket Otter Records.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocket Otter Records shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or shipping delays. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Snohomish County, Washington.
