Formed out of a shared love for raw, emotionally charged punk and emo, Boston’s Unseemlier delivers a debut LP that feels urgent, heavy, and deeply personal. I Have A Screw Loose, Somewhere tears through themes of addiction, loss, suburban isolation, and the struggle to maintain optimism while channeling the intensity of classic emo and post-hardcore through a sharper modern edge.

Recorded with Zach Weeks at God City Studios, the album packs a huge amount of energy into its twenty-three minute runtime, balancing explosive guitars, cathartic vocals, and a restless emotional momentum that rarely lets up. Andrea Neuenfeldt’s bass work and vocal contributions add another layer of depth to the band’s already dynamic sound.

This pressing is on a unique marbled color variant featuring mossy green and tan swirls. Since the exact colorway was randomly assigned by the pressing plant, the name “Forest Floor Marble” was created by Rocket Otter Records to best capture its appearance.
